A detailed communication will be sent to you for information required to complete the website design.
Setup Services include
with the following:
- free .co.za domain registration
- SSL certificate
- analytics setup
- WhatsApp button (if applicable)
- social media link/s integration
Setup Fee of R995
A Link for payment will be sent to you to pay the setup fee before work commences.
Monthly Website Services include
with the following:
- security updates
- uptime monitoring
- LiteSpeed Caching
- annual domain renewal (if applicable)
Monthly Website Packages Fee of R495 per month.
Once you approve the final website design, a recurring monthly payment link will be sent to you prior to launch.

Terms of Service
1. DUTIES OF THE CUSTOMER
I, the Customer undertake to, and in favour of, the Provider to:
- Supply YBO with clear written instructions and all such information as may be required in order to enable YBO to render the Services;
- Render reasonable assistance necessary to enable YBO to carry out the Services speedily and efficiently;
- Provide all necessary content, images, and materials for the website or for YBO to use stock images and AI generated content
- Provide timely feedback and responses during the development process.
- Review and approve the final website design before launch.
- Comply with all laws, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental body and all applicable codes of conduct and other similar principles laid down by any representative body of the industry;
- Maintain all required permits, licenses or other official or governmental pre-requisites for use of the Services by the Customer;

2. OWNERSHIP AND RIGHTS
- Upon Launch the customer will own the rights to the domain and content of the website excluding that owned and provided by third parties.
- However, the design of the website is owned by YBO.

3. CHARGES AND PAYMENT
The Parties agree that:
- Unless otherwise stipulated in this Agreement, all amounts in this Agreement are exclusive of VAT (where applicable).
- The Monthly Website Service Fees shall only be invoiced from the month in which the website is launched and will be pro-rated if applicable.
- YBO shall issue invoices for the Fees to the Customer in advance of the period to which they relate ie. Monthly / Annually in advance.
- The Customer must pay the Fees to the Provider on the receipt of an invoice issued in accordance with this clause, providing that the Charges must in all cases be paid before the commencement of the period to which they relate ie. Monthly / Annually in advance.
- The Fees will be reviewed annually and invoiced to the Customer for the duration of the Term
